1. Reads each selected file as an ArrayBuffer using the browser's File API.
2. Parses each PDF's internal structure using pdf-lib's PDFDocument.load().
3. Copies all pages from each document into a single new PDFDocument in the order you specified.
4. Serializes the merged document to a Uint8Array and creates a local download URL using URL.createObjectURL().

The result is a fully valid, standard PDF file that you can open in any PDF viewer, share via email, or upload to any platform.
